 Titleist Testing specializes in inspecting and sampling/testing of mold, lead paint, asbestos, and radon.

We are MDE (Maryland Dept. of the Environment) and NAMRI (National Association of Mold Remediators and Inspectors) accredited and certified for both mold and lead paint in Maryland and Washington DC. We are also licensed for asbestos inspections and sampling in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. All samples are sent to an accredited lab for analysis. You will be provided a full detailed report upon completion.

Titleist Testing conducts radon testing for residential homes. We are NRPP (National Radon Proficiency Program) certified which allows a quicker turnaround on radon tests. We can handle any job whether it’s residential or commercial and pride ourselves on prompt reliable service, excellent communication and thorough job completion.
