Services
We specialize in visual inspections and/or testing of mold and lead paint. We are an NAMRI (National Assoc. of Mold Remediators and Inspectors) certified company for mold inspections and testing in Maryland & DC. We are also an MDE (Maryland Department of the Environment) certified for lead paint inspections and dust sampling for all types of rental properties in Maryland. All collected dust or air samples are sent to an accredited lab ( turnaround time is next business day) and afterwards we will provide a full detailed lab and summary report.
Being NRPP (National Radon Proficiency Program) certified allows us to quickly turnaround short term residential radon test results. As an MDE licensed asbestos inspector, we do air and bulk sampling. We are also NIOSH 7400 certified for asbestos air quality testing.
